Welcome to Casa de los Perros!  The house was built in 2009 and designed for entertaining and blending the indoor and outdoor living spaces.   The house is just 10 minutes away from the Tambor regional airport nestled in the hills of Panica.  The house is perched on 1 1/3 acres with tropical plants and fruit bearing trees.  The house has beautiful mountain and oceanview.  If you are looking for a tranquillo environment to call home for your visit in Costa Rica this could be your spot.

Tambor is located on the lower Nicoya Peninsula on the pacific ocean.  It’s a sleepy fishing village but still has great amenities including nice restaurants, 2 golf courses, a small casino, a beach, on shore and off shore fishing, horseback riding, quad rentals, sea kayak trips, waterfalls and a close proximity to Montezuma, Mal Pais, and Santa Teresa that’s perfect for day trips.

The outdoor area has a swimming pool, a fire pit, and plenty of area to explore.  The wildlife is abundant just listen for your howler monkey wake up call and the stars are HUGE.  The house includes a CD player with USB direct port, board games, books, but definitely brings your favorite so you can enjoy a sunset reading and relaxation in the hammock.  We also have fishing poles, Yoga mats, push up bars, arm weights, soccer ball and a few toys.  We also can arrange a massage or private yoga session at the house!

House includes:  2200 square feet, 3 bedrooms (2 rooms with queen beds and one room with two single beds), 2 ½ baths, living room, dining room, swimming pool, indoor/outdoor bar perfect for happy hour, outdoor patios, washing machine, fire pit, safe, hammock, 9 foot ceilings, concrete counter tops with onyx back splash, blender,  and coffee maker for that amazing Costa Rican coffee!
