We offer weekly and monthly rentals. The high season rate is December-April also July and August. The low season rate is May-June and September-November. The low season weekly rate is $900. The high season weekly rate is $1200. Please contact Tony at 317-429-6522 (US) for monthly or long term rentals. The house is also available for purchase at $299,000.
Payment Policy for rental: Payment can be made directly to a USA bank account or via PayPal in US dollars.
Upon Booking: Deposit of half of the rental fee is due.
30 Days Prior to arrival: Remaining balance is due.
If booking 30 days or less prior to arrival, payment in full is due at booking.
Refunds: 100% refund if cancelled 90 days in advance.
No refund if cancelled 60 days in advance.
However, if we are able to re-rent the house for the cancelled period we will refund 100% of the rental fee, minus a $100 processing fee.
